Ingredients;
Mushrooms (finely cut) 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup
soya sauce 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Basil leaves 15
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Method;
- Roast cashew nuts in a frying pan.
- Heat oil in a saucepan; fry garlic and mushrooms golden.
- Add soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and salt; cook for few minutes.
- Add cashew nuts and basil;
- SERVE HOT.
