Ingredients;
Chicken pieces 250 grams
Mushrooms 12
Chicken stock 1 cup
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Ginger/garlic paste 4 tsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 7 tbsp
Method;
- Cut mushrooms into halves.
- Marinate chicken pieces with chinese salt, sugar, salt, cornflour and 1 tbsp oil; set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in a pot; fry chicken pieces and remove.
- Fry ginger/garlic in the same oil; add chicken, chilli sauce, soya sauce, stock and salt; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms; cook for a few more minutes.
