Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2
Button Mushrooms 4
Black Mushrooms 2
Spring Onions (chopped) 2
Garlic(Chopped) 3 cloves
Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
Chinese cabbage 1
Black Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Tomato (Chopped) 1
Green Chillies (Chopped) 3
Egg White 1
Onion 1
Salt to taste
Leek 1
- sock cabbage-leaves in hot water till they soften.
- Cut leek into long strips: dip in hot water and remove.
- Blend remaining ingredients in a blender.
- Place some mixture in the center of a cabbage leaf and fold in to a square: tie with a leek strip.
- Repeat process to make remaining parcels.
- Cook parcels in a steamer for 12 minutes.
