Ingredients:
Elbow macaroni (boiled) 500 grams
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Refined flour (sieved) 4 tbsp
Capsicum (finely cut) 1
Onion (finely cut) 1
Eggs 2
Green olives (finely cut) 6
Tomato ketchup 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Carrot
(cut into rounds) 1 cup
Parsley 1/2 bunch
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Red chillies (crushed) 1 tsp
Basil leaves (chopped) 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Mix eggs, flour and macaroni in a bowl.
- Grease pie dish with 2 tbsp butter; arrange macaroni mixture in it.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Heat oil and remaining butter in a frying pan; fry garlic.
- Add mince, black pepper, red chillies, onion, capsicum and salt; fry.
- Layer dish with mince, tomato ketchup, parsley, basil, carrot, olives and cheese.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 10 minutes.
