Ingredients:
Fenugreek 1 bunch
French beans
(finely cut) 250 grams
Potatoes (cubed) 2
Peas 1/2 cup
Tomatoes (cubed) 3
Onion 1
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
White sesame seeds 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) 1/4 bunch
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Boil tomatoes, French beans, peas and potatoes, Blend onion, coriander, cumin, red chillies, sesame, ginger/garlic, turmeric and water in a blender.
- Heat oil in a wok; fry onion masala till oil separates. Add French beans, potatoes, fenugreek and peas; cook.
- 5 minutes before removing from flame, add salt and fresh coriander; add lemon juice
